Yoga has been a growing part of my life since I took my first yoga class almost 15 years ago. I am deeply passionate about the movement of awakening that leads the practitioner towards an ever freer and more intimate experience of life. And I wish for everyone to experience the freedom and trust that spontaneously arises when they discover the ground of their being.

For me, the big shift came when I found non-dual tantra. It was like coming home to a place I had been looking for everywhere. . . except within myself. It was a homecoming that led to radical acceptance of who I am, and my body, and I was able to let go of anxiety and self-destructive behaviors. It was the end of my search, but the true beginning of my spiritual path.

Today I teach vinyasa yoga and Authentic Flow inspired by Embodied Flow ™, as well as Embodied yin ™ and restorative yoga. Each body is unique, and it is something that is honoured in these forms of yoga.

Evy Ferraro

Working with physiotherapists as a remedial pilates teacher gave me insight that there was more to the western approach of medicine, which initiated my Yoga journey to India in 2015. Since, I have completed 700 RYT and now teach 300hr teacher trainings in Yoga therapy, alongside running retreats and workshops worldwide.

My passion lies where East meets west - the integration of ancient wisdom with modern day science. My classes have a focus on experiential anatomy, somatic movement, elemental yoga and Myofascial Release technique. I continue to devote my path to this beautiful practice of life, as a teacher and forever student.
