We are a soul-centered, community of senior teachers sharing our Cocoon of inquiry here, in Stockholm, Sweden.
IN COLLABORATION WITH AUTHENTIC FLOW TRIBE
We offer inclusive and affordable 50 - 100h trainings and courses (Pay what you can after min fee) in Authentic Flow, Somatics, Shake the Dust, breathwork, meditation, non-dual philosophies and more! ALSO weekly aerial yoga classes are available.
We also offer our space for others to rent. Please send your inquiries through email.

Our story.
With roots deeply grounded in ancient traditions of yoga, classical non-dual tantra, somatics, embodied movement and healing practices we are creating a space that is nurturing and soulfully enlightening + leaves lots of room for creative expression and joyful connections.

Join us on the beautiful island of Stora Essingen! Just a quick buss or tram ride from the centre of Stockholm. We have space for up to 20 yoga mats and also have a gorgeous and big terrace overlooking the sea. You can find most props here too.
