Booking procedure

1. How do I book an apartment?

Quick and secure: book your apartment ONLINE in 3 easy steps:

- Fill your dates / number of pax and select the available apartment,
- Complete your personal details in the online booking form,
- Proceed with the pre-payment by credit card (secure payment site).

Then, you receive your booking ticket directly by email. It includes all the information for your stay in Stockholm: apartment location, access map (GOOGLE MAP), price details, owner contact number... We have also included city favorites & special discounts with our partners in Stockholm!

2. Is it safe to pay online with my credit card?

Yes, it is safe to pay with your credit card. Our service for online payment is secured by SSL to garantee your credit card confidentiality. This service is provided by Nordea, a trusted financial group.

3. Do I receive a direct confirmation for my booking?

Yes, your online booking is directly confirmed. You receive your booking ticket by email including all the informations required for your stay in Stockholm: exact apartment location, access map (GOOGLE MAP), price details, owner contact number...

4. What payment do you accept for the pre-payment?

We accept VISA, Master card, American Express and Paypal.

5. For how many people should I book?

The reservation has to be done for the maximum number of people that will stay in the apartment even if the number of people varies during your stay.

6. Do I pay for children/babies?

You only have to pay for children over 3 years old.

For babies, baby cot are usualy available free of charge. Please refer to the apartment equipment details page.

7. Can I change/cancel my booking?

For any change you might have , contact us by indicating your booking number and we will assist you .

Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to another apartment. This is considered as a cancellation. The pre-payment is not refundable and you will need to do a new booking.

In the case of any cancellation including a "force majeure", the booking deposit is non-refundable. You might be submitted to penalty fees for late cancellation according to our terms and conditions policy.

We highly recommend to our customer to purchase a Travel insurance covering cancellation costs.

8. How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking, contact us by indicating your booking number. This number is indicated in your booking ticket & in your confirmation email.

Please note the booking deposit is non-refundable, even in case of "force majeure".

9. Can I get an invoice/receipt for my booking?

The booking ticket includes our invoice for the amount paid by credit card (pre-payment). This amount includes VAT.

If you need an invoice/receipt for the remaining amount to be paid upon arrival, please indicate this information during the booking process (or contact us prior to arrival). We will inform the owner who will process it.

10. Can I make a booking if I am younger than 18 years old?

No, the person making the booking and signing the rental contract upon arrival has to be 18 years or older on the arrival day in Stockholm.

Everything with the apartment was excellent. It was clean, comfortable and relaxing with lots of space for us all. Stunning views over the rooftops from the terrace. Everything we needed was there and the sauna was a lovely bonus enjoyed by all. It looked great in the photos
but was so stunning when we walked in that we were all
wowed! It was so nice to have such a spacious area to enjoy sharing the events of the day. We were so handy for bus, underground etc and within a short walking distance of local baker- fresh morning bread, and shops and lots of restaurants. It was an ideal spot amid beautiful buildings
near the waterside walkways.
